Mission

To provide high quality, accessible and affordable educational opportunities and services - including university transfer, technical and lifelong learning programs -that promote individual development and improve the overall quality of life in a multicultural community.

Admissions

All new full-time students are required to take English and mathematics assessment tests for proper course placement. Part-time students, who will be taking an English and/or math course for the first time, are also required to take the tests. (Part-time students may defer taking the tests until they take the courses, accumulate a total of 12 credits, or become full-time students.) All applicants who are currently in high school must also participate in the assessment and placement process. These tests are important tools to help us assist you in selecting your first semester courses. Completion of the Prerequisite Courses does not guarantee acceptance into either program for the current academic year. Students interested in applying to the Pharmacy Technology program should return the attached business reply card and Tri-C will send you an application for admission. Students may also contact the Health Careers Enrollment Center at (216) 987-4247 to receive an application packet. The day program has 24 spaces each term; some will be filled by students who began in Spring 2007, but there are still seats available seats available for Fall. The evening program has 12 spaces each term; some will be filled by students who began in Spring 2007, but there are currently seats available for Fall.
