ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
At the time of application, applicants must have completed a minimum of 60 semester or 90 quarter hours of pre-pharmacy study at an accredited college or university in the U.S. The minimum cumulative prepharmacy and science grade point average is 2.5 (A=4.0). Admission is competitive and based on an applicant's GPA, a personal interview, and references. Prerequisite coursework includes: Sem. hrs

Electives chosen from two of the three following areas (no two from the same area: public speaking/debate, social sciences, or economics) The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), including essay, is required for all applicants submitting course work from foreign schools, and all permanent and temporary residents of the United States. EXCEPTION: The TOEFL will be waived for students who have graduated with a confirmed baccalaureate or higher degree from a United States institution by the application deadline (November 01). A minimum score of 550 on the paper-based test or 213 on the computer-based test is required. TOEFL scores must be submitted at the time of application. TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years.
