Oregon Pharmacy Technician Requirement
Registration Requirements: [OAR 855-025-0010]
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
- Applicant must provide evidence of a high school diploma or GED.
- Applicant must submit an application ($35) to the pharmacy board.
- All technicians must become certified by a board-approved
program by October 1, 2008, one year after initial licensure, or
prior to the technician’s 19th birthday, whichever is later.
Training Requirement
- Pharmacist-in-charge is responsible for administering a training
program including on-the-job training and is responsible for
