College of Notre Dame of Maryland School of Pharmacy is in the process of applying for accreditation status by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. Graduates of a class designated as having Candidate status have the same rights and privileges of those graduates from a fully accredited program. Precandidate accreditation status is conferred at the January 2009 meeting, the inaugural class will begin coursework in fall 2009.
